The Stocking Place provides personalized Christmas Stockings, Santa Hats, Wholesale Christmas Stockings and Wholesale Santa Hats for your holiday needs! We started personalizing Christmas Stockings and Santa Hats in 1978 in local shopping malls across Northeastern Ohio. Since then we have moved our business online in 1998 offering the same quality items and adding new items each season. Our goal has always been to offer quality products and the best possible customer service. We have over 30 years personalizing experience.

ORDERING INFORMATION

To place an order you may do this online or place a phone order. Please see our Contact Information box above for details.
Please include your telephone number in case of questions concerning your order.
Payment by American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or United States Postal Money Orders.
We ship within the U.S.A. (50 states) and US territories.
We also accept International Orders. Place the order online or contact us with the item number, quantity of the item and a ship to address. We will reply with the shipping cost. You will then be able to accept or decline the order.
We will ship to APO / FPO for our military.
Please order items by order numbers.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Currently, we are shipping with the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail, First Class Mail and United Parcel Service. For Express Deliveries we will ship with United Parcel Service offering Next Day, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select.
During the holiday season we strive to process all orders and ship them from our office as quickly as possible. Large personalizing orders may require several days to complete.
Shipping times do vary, so order early. APO / FPO orders for the military are shipped with United States Postal Service by Priority Mail. Alaska and Hawaii orders can now be shipped UPS ground. We do not guarantee delivery times. Once an order leaves our warehouse we have no control over it.
We ship within the U.S.A. (50 states) and its territories. If foreign shipping is needed you contact us by email or place your order online.

Shipping Info ~ Orders of $25.00 including shipping & handling or weighing up to 2 lbs. will be shipped Priority Mail 3 to 6 day delivery. Orders under 13 ounces will be shipped First Class Mail. There could be a six day or more delivery time for Mid-West, West coast, Alaska and Hawaii customers. Orders over $25.00 or weighing 3 lbs. and up may be shipped UPS. All large or oversized orders are shipped UPS. We do not guarantee delivery times. Note: Additional $2.00 Shipping Fee for oversized Item 1860 will be added to the regular Shipping charges. Express Shipping Info** ~ Upon request orders can be shipped UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air for express deliveries. (Above shipping info for retail orders only.)
In House RUSH Orders ~ Please add $3.00 to the above shipping & handling charges. In House Rush orders receive priority attention.
Return Policy ~ Personalized items and Santa suits are non-refundable. Wearable items (such as Santa hats) personalized or not are non-refundable. Manufacturer defective items will be replaced. Non-personalized stockings or items may be returned under following conditions: Shipping & Handling is non-refundable, we must receive the items being returned within 7 days, items are to be returned in the same box and condition in which they were originally shipped. There are no returns for items on the Sale Page. No returns will be accepted after December 5th on any items. (Above Return Policy for retail orders only.)

The security certificate on our secured order forms is provided by GeoTrust. They offer us the highest encrypted security currently available. When you click on our order form you will see the (https:) as the first part of our web address which means you are at a secured site. You will also see a yellow padlock appear on the lower taskbar while viewing us in Microsoft Internet Explorer or a blue key while viewing us in Netscape. We recommend viewing our site in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

DISCLAIMER
We will not be held responsible for any orders that are received late. Shipping times vary and once orders leave our business we no longer have any control over any shipments. We do however, monitor the tracking procedures, the weather and other factors that affect delivery. We also monitor these situations to determine the cut off date for shipping for the season. We ask that you order early to insure we have not depleted our inventory and to insure a timely delivery. Since we have been online this past fourteen seasons we are very pleased to say that no orders have been delivered late for the Christmas season. We reserve the right to refuse any orders. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if necessary. We will not be held responsible for any personal loss or damage.
